When should I expect my order?

Most orders ship or are ready for pickup within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready to ship along with a tracking number.

Where/How do you ship your orders?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to anywhere in the continental US. When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your order online. At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to anywhere outside of the continental 48 states of the US, but hope to in the future.

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free continental US shipping on all orders over $75. If your order is below this dollar amount, then shipping charges based on the weight of your package and USPS rate will apply. At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to anywhere outside of the continental 48 states of the US, but hope to in the future.

Can you ship my order directly to the gift recipient?

Yes, absolutely! Please include this request in your order. We will need the recipient’s name, full address, and any note that you would like us to include on the card.

What if I want local pickup?

Your order should be ready for pickup within 1-3 business days. We offer two local pick up options that you can select from at checkout:

  • Porch pickup - We will send you a fulfillment email when your order is ready for pickup and request that you respond with what day you would like to pick it up. Once a date/timeframe is set for your pickup, your order will be placed on our porch station (just to the left of the front steps), for you to stop by for contact free pickup.

  • Monarch Makers Boutique - If you select this option, you will receive a fulfillment email once your order has been delivered to the boutique. Then stop in there anytime during their store hours, let the owner know you have a pickup, and she will bring it up to you.

When is payment due on my order?

All orders must be prepaid via our website by either card or paypal.

What if I need to make a change to my order?

We begin processing your order the same day. If you need to make a change, please email us within 3 hours for assistance.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of handcrafted bath and beauty products we are not able to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or if you have a particular concern about it, please contact us immediately at soulfulserenitysoaps@gmail.com.

I forgot my password, Now what?

When you are on the home page, you have access to log in to your account via the banner in the top right of the page. If you cannot recall you password, you can select the ‘Forgot Password’ link. This will have you enter your email, and send you a link to reset your password. Please note, that this ‘forgot password’ link is only available on the home page and not when you try to sign in at the checkout page.

Where can I shop for your products locally?

We have multiple locations/boutiques that currently carry our products. Shop our line in person at any of the following:

Are your products all natural?

Many of our products are considered 100% all natural. We offer both an essential oil and fragrance oil line in most of our products. Our salve, balm, essential oil bar soap, lotion bars, lip balm, and aromatherapy sprays are 100% all natural. Our bath bombs, salts, and shower fizzes are natural with the exception of a small amount of cosmetic colorant that is added. Due to regulations and the need to prevent molding, products with water (such as bottle lotion and whipped soaps) do have preservatives added. Our fragrances are phthalate-free. Our soaps are palm free. And we never test on animals!

How long will my bar of soap last?

We dry our soaps for a minimum of 6 weeks to ensure a harder, longer-lasting bar. Bar soaps are best stored where they can have air flow to ensure that they dry between uses. On average, a bar of shower soap should last approximately 3 weeks. A bar of hand soap can last 6-8 weeks.
